I have been a full time real estate professional since 1973 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with a double major in Marketing and Economics. Until 1993 I was the owner of a real estate appraisal firm in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

My wife Sally and I bought our first Northwoods property -- a small cottage on Little St. Germain Lake -- in 1978. We both loved the area and decided to locate here permanently. In 1993 we moved to our current residence on the Three Lakes Chain and I started putting my knowledge and expertise to work for Northwoods buyers and sellers.

My main interests of hunting, fishing, trapping and golf all add to my knowledge and familiarity with the area. I came from the northwest suburbs of Chicago (South Barrington, Illinois) where I have lived and worked most of my life along with my lovely wife, Noreen. I now reside in St. Germain, Wisconsin. I have 31 years of sales and management experience in the soft drink industry working for Coca-Cola. I was a high school business teacher for two years. I attended and graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a B.S. in two majors: Business Education and Botany. I owned and operated a land management company which developed an upscale housing development (Bridlewood, South Barrington, IL). I also was a general contractor in the construction of two large upscale custom homes. I was an elected village trustee for 10 years along with 3 years as a zoning/planning board member appointee with the Village of South Barrington, Illinois. I also served as a president and as a secretary on the Bridelwood Homeowners Association in South Barrington, Illinois.
